General Terms and Conditions (AGB)
 
1. conditions and scope
a) All deliveries and services are provided exclusively on the basis of these terms and conditions. These shall apply to all business services agreed with us, even if we have not subsequently pointed this out. Counter-confirmations of the buyer with reference to his general terms and conditions are hereby rejected.
b) Deviations from our GTC are only valid if they are confirmed by us in writing.

2. offer and conclusion of contract
a) Our offers are not binding. We reserve the right to make deviations and changes to our illustrations or descriptions.
b) Drawings, pictures, scale drawings and dimensions are not binding, but are only intended to represent the products. It can lead to changes in the products offered for production reasons.                   
c) An order must be submitted to us in writing.
This can be by letter or e-mail. 
d) When ordering by e-mail, you will receive an order confirmation from us: 
   if you order by letter there will be no confirmation.
e) With your order you place a binding order with us and accept our General Terms and Conditions.
 
3. prices
a) Unless otherwise agreed, prices are quoted in EURO plus shipping costs.
b) Prices quoted may be subsequently changed by us if suppliers and manufacturers change prices.
 
4. terms of payment
a) The delivery takes place by prepayment as a bank transfer or via PayPal.
The bank details are transmitted with the order confirmation. Foreign transfers must be made in EURO and free of charges. All foreign fees are to be borne by the customer.
c) If amounts collected by direct debit are not available (cover not available), the customer shall bear the full bank and processing costs incurred.
d) Unless otherwise stated on the invoices, payments are due immediately without deduction.    

5 Transfer of risk
Risk shall pass to the purchaser upon dispatch of the goods by TRUCKDECALS.
 
6 Delivery times
Delivery takes place within 1 to 2 weeks after receipt of payment (prepayment and direct debiting) to the biller's account.
 
7. right of return
a) For unused and undamaged goods (original packaging) we guarantee a right of return within 14 days.
The return period is ensured by the timely dispatch of the goods. The return will only be accepted by us with sufficient postage.
 
8. productions and commissioned works
a) Templates that are made available to us are binding for us.
Should these templates be faulty, we shall not be liable for incorrectly manufactured products of any kind.
b) Orders for production will only be accepted by us by letter or e-mail.
c) We shall not market any products unless it has been agreed with the customer.
d) The customer is liable for production and commissioned work. Should permits, licenses or patents be necessary, the client is responsible for this.
We are not liable for legal and liability claims arising from missing permits, licenses, or patents.
e) Delivery dates are non-binding and only valid if they are confirmed in writing by TRUCKDECALS.
 
9. resale
a) Any resale of products created by TRUCKDECALS is prohibited unless written permission has been obtained.
b) Decals made elsewhere are excluded.
 
10 Notice of defects
a) Defects in our products must be reported in writing within 2 weeks of the invoice date.
b) Minor deviations in colour and design are no reason for a complaint.  
c) We do not assume any guarantee for products purchased through third parties.
 
11 Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.
 
12. place of jurisdiction
Place of performance and jurisdiction for both parties is Lübeck.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.
 
13. data storage
In accordance with § 28 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), we draw attention to the fact that the data necessary for business transactions is processed and stored using an EDP system in accordance with § 33 BDSG.
Personal data will of course be treated confidentially.
